Shipping & Processing

Due to potential carrier delays, shipping times may be extended. All orders are carefully and securely packaged in protective boxes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and dispatch. Orders ship from Los Angeles, California via USPS.

Domestic Shipping Only


Standard transit time is approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee; however, selecting express shipping does not guarantee a faster processing time.

Order Responsibility

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Due to the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to replace lost items. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on earrings or bracelets. 


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.
