Shipping & Handling

Due to Covid-19 delays may occur in shipping times.

Your orders will be safely packed in boxes 

• Once your order has been packaged and posted, you will receive a tracking number

• Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and dispatched.

• Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA and will be sent via USPS

Domestic Shipping only:

• Transit time for orders is approximately between 3-5 business days

• Express shipping can be purchased for an additional cost. Please note that express shipping does not guarantee faster handling time

• I hold no responsibility for lost parcels & unfortunately cannot replace lost goods due to their one of a kind handmade nature. Please allow up to 5 business days or order processing & packaging.

Issues:

Lost Parcel - Unfortunately I cannot replace missing items due to their one-off handmade nature, but please contact me if you have any issues.

Returns or Exchanges - Due to health & hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of minds on earrings. However, if there are any issues please contact me directly.
